Web Hosting Policies

1. Sites containing, advertising, or linking to the following cannot be hosted on Siam Inet
   • Explicit and adult oriented material
   • Warez
   • Illegally used copyrighted material
   • Anything that does not abide with city, state, and federal laws
2. Regarding SPAM
   • Immediate cancellation of account for...
     • using an e-mail address from a site hosted on Siam Inet in a Spam message.
     • using a url from a site hosted on a Siam Inet server in a Spam message.
   • sending Spam through a Siam Inet server.
   • forging a Siam Inet IP or domain in a Spam message or header.
   • By spamming the person also forfeits all rights to any previously paid money and will not be refunded.
3. IRC bots are NOT allowed to be run on the servers.
4. Pop3s may not be resold or given to anyone not oriented with a site or the site's corporation.
5. Siam Inet and its employees cannot be held responsible for the loss of any data, business, or moneys due to the fault or accidents of Siam Inet and its employees or the use of services provided by Siam Inet.
