To change / modify the stats settings, stats should be enabled on the site first. All the sites, on which stats are enabled, are listed in Stats Manager interface.
To change stats settings for a site:
Login into control panel as host admin.
Click on the Statistics option, present in left frame, Stats Manager interface will be displayed.
In Stats Manager interface, click on the site for which you want to change / update the settings, the Stats Update interface will be displayed.
Stats Update interface will allow to change the following settings.
Log Path (required): Appropriate log file path is detected automatically, use Browse button to change the log file path.
Output Directory (required): This is the directory where generated statistic files are placed. Appropriate output directory is detected automatically, use Browse button to change the directory path.
Display Country Graph: If selected, the statistics will include a graph of country specific visits.
Display Daily Graph: If selected, the statistics will include a graph of daily visits.
Display Daily Stats: If selected, the statistics will include statistic report of daily visits.
Display Hourly Graph: If selected, the statistics will include a graph of on the bases of hourly visits.
Display Hourly Stats: If selected, the statistics will include statistic report of hourly visits.
Visit Timeout: Specify the amount of inactivity time after which user will be considered as inactive.
File Extension: Specify the file names that the web server defaults to when a visitor enters a URL without a specific file name.
Default Account (name): Select the account name for which stats are created.
Click on Submit button to submit the changes.
