Cause: It occurs when HC is unable to create database file on SQL server. Solution: Host should check if SQL DMO is installed or not.

Cause: It occurs if HC is unable to create database object in SQL server. Solution: Check that database with same name does not exists already and make sure that SQL DMO is installed properly.

Cause: This problem occurs if HC is unable to get the user name and password associated with database. Solution: Host should check if SQL DMO is installed or not.

Cause: It occurs if HC is unable to connect to your SQL server.
Solution: Host should check the following settings.
HC is configured properly to use SQL server.
The SQL server services should be started. SQL server service manager should be running.
If reseller and web admin users see the above errors they should contact their host.
