What problem are you having?

PHP could not be installed because PHP file path is not valid: It occurs if php4isapi.dll file path given in the registry is not valid

Cause:  It occurs if php4isapi.dll file path given in the registry is not valid.

Solution: Host has to give valid path of php4isapi.dll file using settings utility.

 

PHP could not be enabled on selected site due to some system error

Cause: It occurs if

  1. php4isapi.dll is not valid.

  2. Perl Installation path given is not valid.

Solution: Do the following steps

  1. Again copy php4isapi.dll file.

  2. Give valid Perl installation path using settings utility.

 

PHP Script is already enabled on selected site

Cause: It occurs if you are trying to enable PHP script on a site where it is already enabled.

 

Perl could not be enabled because Perl path is not valid

Cause: It occurs if Perl Installation path given is not valid.

Solution: Host has to give valid Perl installation path using settings utility.

 

Perl could not be enabled on selected site due to some system error

Cause: It occurs if Perl is not properly installed on server where HC is running.

Solution: Host has to reinstall Perl on the server.

 

PHP could be disabled on site because PHP file path is invalid

Cause: It occurs if php4isapi.dll file path given in HC settings is not valid.

Solution: Host has to give valid path of php4isapi.dll file using settings utility.

 

PHP Scripting could not be disabled on selected site due to some system error

Cause: It occurs if php4isapi.dll is not valid.

Solution: Host has to again copy php4isapi.dll file.

 

PHP Script is already disabled on selected site

Cause: It occurs if you are trying to disable PHP script on a site where it is already disabled.

 

Perl could not be disabled on site, because Perl path is not valid

Cause: It occurs if Perl Installation path given in HC settings is not valid.

Solution: Host has to give valid installation path using settings utility.

 

Perl could not be disabled on selected site due to some system error

Cause: It occurs if Perl is not properly installed on server where HC is running.
