Cause: This error occurs if HC is unable to access the servu.ini file.

Solution: Verify that correct path is entered in admin settings. If path is valid, then again copy a new serv-u.ini file in serv-u installation folder.
How to enter path for serv-u.ini ?

Note:  If web admin encounters the above problem, he should contact his host.
