To specify that a directory can contain executable scripts or programs, you need to set executable rights on it. FrontPage Manager provides interface to accomplish this task. By default, directories cannot contain executable scripts or programs.
To set directory executable:
Login into control panel.
Click on the FrontPage option, present in left frame, new contents will be loaded into left frame. Click Set Directory Executable option present at the bottom of left frame.
In the interface displayed, enter the following information
Virtual Host Name: Select the Host name on which you want to set permissions. Each level user will see the websites according to the following criteria
Host level: Existing websites on the server, where HC is installed.
Reseller level: Websites created by him.
Web admin level: Websites created for him, by his owner reseller.
Port Number: Type the port number.
Web Name: Type the name of the web. This should be the path to the web's top-level directory, from the server's top-level directory. To specify the root web, type a forward slash (/).
Directory URL: Here Type a URL relative to the top-level directory of the FrontPage-extended web which have the programs.
Click on Set Directory Executable button to apply new permissions on the web.
To set directory not executable:
Login into control panel.

In the interface displayed, enter the following information
