The FrontPage Server Extensions are a set of three programs whose routines perform a range of useful tasks for those who manage, create, and view . Without the server extensions, some of these tasks either could not be done or could not be done as easily.

To install FrontPage server extensions:
Login into control panel.
Click on the FrontPage option, present in left frame, new contents will be loaded into left frame. Click New Virtual Server option present at the top of left frame.
In the interface displayed, enter the following information
Virtual Host Name: This select box shows the listing of websites for the logged in user, select the website name for which you want to install server extensions.. Each level user will see the websites according to the following criteria
Host level: Existing websites on the server, where HC is installed.
Reseller level: Websites created by him.
Web admin level: Websites created for him, by his owner reseller.
Port Number: Port Number of virtual server.
Administrator Account User Name: List box shows the list of all the HC users, select the one who will be the web administrator for this server.
Server Type: List box shows two server
Microsoft Internet Information Server
Microsoft Personal Web Server
Select the one, where you want to install FrontPage extensions
Click on the Create Server button, as the result extensions will be installed.
