Hosting Controller allows you to import NT accounts to Hosting controller for Reseller and Web Admin level.
To import NT accounts:
Login into control panel as reseller.
Click on the Import option, present at bottom in left frame.
Click Import Accounts button, present at the top of left frame.
Provide the following information in the interface displayed
Non Members: This drop down list shows the NT users, which are not part of Hosting controller, select the one, which you want to import to HC.
Reseller Members: This drop list shows the existing reseller users of HC created by the host. This has to be selected when you are importing account for web admin level. Selected reseller will be the owner of new web admin user.
Email Address: Email address of the user.
Select type of user: Select user level, which can either be Reseller or Web Admin, by selecting the desired radio buttons.
After supplying the above information click on the Import button, account will be added to HC database. This account holder now can use HC Control Panel
