Question: I have a reseller account. I have added 25 or so sites, and would now like to enable statistics for each site. The problem is that the reseller's account has a quota of 0. How do I increase the quota.
Answer The Quota for any account can be increased by following two methods.

1. Reseller account quota can be increased by host admin.
so if you want to increase your reseller quota you have to contact host admin for that. The reseller can delegate quota to web admin but can't set quota for him self.

2. Quota can be increased through online transaction.

Quota system users increase quota.
Transaction system users increase amount balance.

Online purchase is possible only if you host supports. Please contact your host for further information.

Question: Wehn a user reaches his assigned bandwidth or disk space, will HC prompt to buy additional bandwidth and/or disk space.
Answer If the user exceeds his assigned quota, he will not be allowed to use any module until the quota is increased.
