Question: Error Message Mail Could Not Be Created appears during site creation.
Answer
This error occurs if Post.Office is selected as mail server, Due to internal problems with Post.Office, you can't add multiple mail domains under a single  web admin.

Question: Is it true that we cannot configure email services for IP-Less domains using HC ?.
Answer
No, it is not true. You can configure mail services for IPLess domains through HC. HC does provide option for IPLess or IP Specific mail domain creation.

Question: Which version of my mail server does Hosting Controller support? .

Question: How can I change the directory where it creates web domains accounts on IMail. It defaults to C:\IMail, however we use D:\IMail. Is There a setting I can Change so that it creates accounts on my D drive.
Answer
You can not change the home directory path directly from HC interface. You may change this path from IMail Administrator, a utility provided IMail.

Question: Does Hosting Controller handle both POP based and forwarding mails.
Answer Hosting Controller supports number of commercial mail servers like IMail, MailMax, VOPMail and Post.Office. The mail settings are controlled by those softwares. HC allows to create new domains and user from with in the hosting controller software in these third party mail software's.

Question: Can I determine the number of email boxes a reseller may assign to web sites.
Answer: Yes, you may set Mail Box Quota under Quota option for each reseller. If the Mail Box Quota is set to 10, the reseller will be allowed to assign maximum of 10 mail boxes to each domain.

You may further restrict mail quotas from within mail server's web based interface, if supported.
