Question: When I try to FTP, I get error NO ACCESS.
Answer FTP users must be part of the server operator group in order to get access to the server. Make sure that user has permissions on the FTP folder.

Question: When you create a Host Admin it creates a virtual dir under MS FTP named after the user name. That's fine, but why does it also create a virtual dir for each domain under MS FTP.

Question: I want to import Serv-U ftp sites into HC but when I try to import Serv-U sites, there is nothing to choose in Existing Serv-U Sites select box. What could be missing.
Answer You should provide the correct Serv-U.ini file path in HC settings. If this path is nor given or is incorrect, HC will not be able to find existing Serv-U sites.
