To create SQL database backup through HC:
Login into control panel.
Click on the SQL Server option, present in left frame, new contents will be loaded into right frame.
Select the database you want to restore and click on Backup button. As the result, HC will backup the SQL database to SQLInstallPath\backup folder and then copy the database backup from SQLInstallPath\backup folder to the hosting root folder ( e.g. D:\webspace ).
Only databases created with HC will be backup and restored through HC SQL Server Manager.
